  Jeff L. and his staff has been working g with my husband and I for yrs. We go to him for health/ nutrition. EVERYONE THERE HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL. GREAT PLACE!!!

  I have been working with Jeff Langlois for over 13 years. He helped me to rebuild my immune system, manage stress, cope with grief and depression, and educated on proper nutrition to support health and emotional balance. When regular MDs were giving me endless prescriptions to "mask" the symptoms, Jeff looked into cause and nutrients to rebuild my health! There is not enough words to express my gratitude for health, support and nutrition education Langlois Vital Nutrition Center provided to me over the years, thank you!
  
  I noticed other reviews about the cost of supplements and visits... yes nutritional health is not cheap but it is definitely much less than hospital bills!
  When I started going to the Center my list of supplements was long, but after time and as my health got better it was much less and none at this moment. I have plenty of energy and most importantly no prescriptions or chronic illnesses, the only time I need to see MD is for annual checkups. So, for me, I rather spend on staying healthy vs being sick and medical bills.

  It’s not a secret that the food we eat is mineral deficient compared to 100 years ago.
  I used to self diagnose myself for years, on the internet and from books, trying to cypher the bs from the truth. I personally lost trust in the common hospital doctors after extreme negative effects in the past.
  
  A quantitative analysis & guide to supplementation is tailored to your individual needs. If you think One-A-Day or your Walgreens all in one is going to benefit you; you may do more harm than good. If you would like to obtain and maintain a proper lifestyle of the human physiology or biology; your best bet is to find an honest practitioner in nutrition. Personally drive 45 mins to see Dr Jeff for over a year now. Highly recommend.
