“Just had my kids with me and they were to that point...the "I need to get them home now" point. Had issues with their gift cards and my anxiety was peaking from the situation. My 2 youngest were antsy, the line was growing, and each gift card had an issue for a different reason. I was frustrated and felt my heart racing. Cashier called for help, and the gentleman was quick and so helpful. I'm forever grateful for the customer service today. Thank you! I don't recall his name, but was a thinly built man with longer brown hair pulled back. Thank you so so much! Also made my kids' day that their gift cards from st nick were able to be used. :) AND the male staff who helped when we did a curbside pick up some months ago was above and beyond wonderful!”

“I wish I could remember her name, but she was there Thursday and Saturday evening...red and black hair, green eyes. Anyway, she helped me with finding the best hair dye color and brand to achieve what I was going for, and also a great conditioner for said dye job. I'd never tried Arctic Fox before, but now I may never use anything else!! Did exactly what she told me to do, and I adore the results. She was extremely friendly as well. As for the empty shelves comment...it has tons to do with supply and demand, which is a big reason there arent more Arctic Fox colors there. If a big spike in demand is seen, the supply will follow. Unfortunately, it doesn't make sense business wise to stock up with things that may not sell well across the board. I will definitely be returning for my future hair endeavors as well as my oldest kid's! Thank you! P.s. the store looked clean enough to me. :)”

I saw many signs saying they are hiring, so I know she was short staffed and alone. She was fast and efficient and she kept her cool even though it was a long line and the pressure was on her for all of it. Can't say enough good things about the gal working today- she deserves a raise! ????????????????????????”
