(April 17, 2021, 3:48 pm)I used the app and ordered curbside. The food was exactly what I ordered and ready when I got there. The only problem was there is only 1 curbside pickup spot so I had to use their alternative method. It worked well enough. I give it a 4 star rating because I got exactly what I expected. I left room for improvement like something unexpected (but in a good way).

(September 5, 2020, 11:02 pm)I enjoy this place mainly because it's one of the few places open late. Sometimes they're really busy and mess up something on my order but for the most part I have no complaints.
(January 28, 2019, 2:27 pm)I bought a house with a vaulted kitchen ceiling whose previous owner never installed a kitchen exhaust hood. As I begun the process of selecting a hood, I had a million questions. I called, emailed, and sent many pictures to Adam and his team asking all sorts of questions on measurements, feasibility and design ideas. Adam patiently answered all of them and guided me through the process. When the hood arrived and I saw it in person, it looked even nicer than the already nice pictures. It completely transformed our kitchen and is the focal point. I couldn't have asked for a better product or company.

(August 8, 2018, 9:57 am)It was a bit of a gamble ordering something as significant as a Copper Hood online... but it paid off! The service was excellent. Adam was extremely responsive whenever I had a question or concern. The hood was delivered in the specified time frame. And it is GORGEOUS!! Exactly what we had hoped for and imagined.
(July 30, 2018, 6:34 pm)I looked at several options for purchasing a copper hood but was most impressed with Copper Kitchen Specialists because of their incredible selection, wide range of finish options, and easy ordering process. If you know exactly what you want the entire thing can be done online. But Adam was very helpful in nailing down all the fine details. My hood arrived quickly and the construction dudes all commented about how well constructed and sturdy it is. I am very happy with it and would highly recommend this company.
(July 30, 2018, 3:46 pm)I ordered a range hood and a matching kitchen sink from this company. The quality is excellent and I would highly recommend their products. The customer service was impeccable. Questions that I emailed to the company were answered almost immediately. Adam was extremely patient and helpful while I made up my mind about exactly which of these beautiful master pieces I wanted for my kitchen. He also gave me excellent advice about finish and texture. Both items arrived within the time frame that I was quoted and were very well packed. Overall I was extremely impressed with my purchase and the experience.
