  I'm always a fan of Steinhafels. I receive great service every time I go there. I'm always able to find what I need. This time did not disappoint. I went there to find a rocker recliner and I ordered it. I'm sad that I won't have it right away, but that's because I have to wait two weeks, which is fine considering some places are making people wait 3 - 6 months for the furniture they ordered.
  Robert O. was a great help and I will continue to contact him if I need to order anything else. Thanks Steinhafels!

  We went in looking for leather reclining furniture. We shopped around a bit by ourselves and then Nancy approached us . She showed us some other pieces as well. She was very knowledgeable about everything we looked at. That was yesterday. Today we went back in and bought 2 leather recliners and a leather reclining sofa. She was very knowledgeable and polite. Would definitely go back again!

  Highly recommend! Recently moved here from out of state and unfamiliar with the store. Staff were excellent and easy to work with. Mark was especially helpful and patient while I shopped. We will definitely be back.
