Starting with our salesperson, Mike, he listened to our needs and made recommendations that ended up being perfect for us. The carpet we chose is soft, durable, and will clean up easily ... just what we needed. The installation crew was also great to work with from the time they came to our home and throughout the entire process. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up everything. When it comes time to change the carpeting in the rest of our house, we will definitely return here. If you are looking for flooring, I highly recommend Malkin's Flooring!
