Jeremy did an outstanding job setting up the bed today. He was very polite and helpful.

I feel the worker name Zach did a fabulous job. He wore a mask and had a nice attitude. He was very helpful. He was a great help in the fact that he brought me my wheelchair leg rests and two seat cushions. He wanted to make sure that I had the proper size for my chair. He showed me how the leg rest works and I had forgotten to lock the chair when I got up. He showed genuine concern and locked it before I sat down. He is a great worker.. he cares about the coustomer that he serves. If I was to rate his performance I would give him all high scores. He is a great worker and person.

What started out to be a product I was not expecting had a happy ending. The sales person was helpful in upgrading the item. A special "thank you" to Jeremy who delivered the item, was super patient while I decided what to do, went out of his way to deliver the upgraded product on his way home from work on a Friday night and thoroughly explained how to set and use the item. Would definitely work with Jeremy, Bryan and Orbit in the future!I
