  Visited First time to this store, staff is very professional and helpful to get correct fit to your prescription of lens and frames we selected. Staff provided very good service within 90 days of purchase with their protection plan which is affordable. Thank you team

  Very nice and professional staff - that includes Dr. Yackels, Carrie (not sure about spelling) who helped me get very nice discount on my first order of contacts directly from Target and also other lady with blonde hair (don`t know her name unfortunately) who did initial exams prior seeing a doc.
  It was my very first visit today but definitely not the last.

  Every time we have purchased lenses or had eye exams for the entire family, we have had a terrific professional experience. When my daughter waited until she was almost out of contact lenses they helped us expedite a re-order as quickly as possible. Very friendly, helpful and efficient!

  I had a bunch of errands to run including getting my glasses fixed - one of my nose pads had come off and gone missing. The staff was very nice and quickly went about fixing my problem. When the lady came back she told me she had replaced both nose pads. I asked her how much the bill was and she told me don’t worry about it. I told her that I hadn’t bought my glasses there and again she told me no worries. Very much appreciated - excellent and quick customer service! I will be sure to come back next time I need glasses. Thanks Again!

  I have been going to the New Berlin location for 11 years now with my family. I have always had the best customer service and Doctor visits. They always know who we are when we walk in, they know my kids names, my insurance info everything is ready to go when we arrive. I have told everyone I know to go there because I know they will be treated fantastic by everyone.
