“Sendik's is definitely a more upscale grocery store without as much of a "natural" focus as Whole Foods. It's a happy medium between your standard grocer and a boutique/specialty grocer. I love that they feature a lot of local products and that they have a great variety. Staff is friendly and their deli, bakery, and meat departments all offer a variety of high-quality products. It is much better than shopping at a super Walmart.”

“I wanted to do things holistically but I wanted to make an informed decision so I went to urgent care for the testing I needed done to answer some questions. And I was very surprised by how nice and even supportive of my decision they were. The comfort of having a health professional tell me that I am making an informed decision, and be complementary that was so relieving!!! I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders after that interaction. Words and energy have such a big impact on the emotional body. I would recommend this place. Even the receptionist was very informative and very nice!”

“I would give this location 10 stars if I could. I ordered food for my family while they were going through a difficult time. The pizza’s were tasty and hot. The salad’s were fresh and great tasting dressing. Garlic bread was good and fresh. We had a delivery time set.. due to some unfortunate circumstances we had to change the delivery time no questions asked, they just said...ok. I thank you and your staff for the compassion you showed my family.”

“Skywalk pharmacy New Berlin has the most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They're never "too busy" to answer a question or make a recommendation. For pediatric medications, Skywalk is the best! Our other pharmacy often doesn't have the specific medication in the small doses or formulations that our kiddos need; they said it would be a 3 week wait before it even came in! I cancelled that script and had the doc send it to Skywalk instead. Not only did they have it, it was ready by the time I arrived, less than a half hour later! They also have fun toys (cheaper than on Amazon) and little sweets and treats that the kids love after getting through a rough doctor's appointment.”

“(Update to this review. I got a phone call from the person who made a mistake. They took responsibility and asked for a chance to make it right. I respect someone who does that. The service I received after that was exemplary. I’ve updated my review to 5 stars as a result. Thank Iron Town. You will see me again) Very disappointed in the service department. Recently moved to New Berlin from out of state. Can’t wait to get out on the road this year! Stopped in at Iron Town because I need a new dealership for servicing my bike. I scheduled a bike pickup at my home. Today was pickup day. Scheduled for 3:30-4 for pickup. Called in at 3pm to confirm, everything set, they tell me to expect a call in 10-20 minutes. No call, bike outside, waiting. I call back at 4:45, Kyle gives me an excuse and an apology, says I’ll hear from the driver by 5, and apologizes. Here I am at 5:45 and I’ve not even got the courtesy of a phone call. I’ve already scheduled a new appointment at House of Harley. Hopefully they do a better job at communication and follow through. Iron Town doesn’t seem to have it together.”

“So, I have not had my storage unit delivered yet. It will be here next week. I've had a great experience working with self storage on wheels as I was inquiring. I've called four different places and self storage on wheels was by far the quickest to respond to my questions via the phone and email. Each time I left a voice mail, they had a sense of urgency to call me back. Same with responding to my emails. These are the reasons I chose them. I've worked with Amy and Keith and both understand the importance of customer service. It's a bonus that they were also less expensive than the others. I am anticipating the delivery of the trailer and the move will also meet my expectations. 7/1 - so I am now moved. Trailer was delivered on time and all of our belongings were unharmed and just as they were when we packed it. Great company to work with.”
