Joshua always gives amazing customer service. You can always tell when he's working because there is a crowd if customers laughing and joking in the store. He is engaging and creates an environment where even an understaffed store is a fun place to be. I honestly wouldn't come back if not for him.

Had worn a couple large holes in a wool sweater I’d gotten in Ireland a few years ago. I love the sweater and wear it all the time, but wasn’t sure it could be saved. Just picked it up after repairs and I can’t even tell where the holes used to be. Very pleased.

Susan altered a dress for me for my daughter’s wedding. She did a great job and it was done sooner than expected. I would highly recommend.

Great customer service, and overall great care was taken with my suit and shirts. The location is convenient for me, and I went in early to pick up my items and they were already done. Both people who I worked with were very polite and accommodating. I’d recommend them to anyone.
