“I have taken both of my children (ages 11 and 14) to this clinic for simple things such as pink eye and ear infection. The NP has always been professional and I go when they first open so theres usually no wait. You have to sign in on the ipad and it shows your place in line. I live close by so this location is very convenient considering our pediatrician is in Brookfield and it's difficult to make a same day appointment.”

“Dr Scheel is absolutely amazing! One of the best doctors I have had. However, some of the staff can be very unprofessional. I arrived 15 minutes early per usual for all my appointments. After I walked away a staff member proceeded to talk about how early I was to another staff memeber with a rude tone like I somehow affected her life. I wanted to say “Um I can hear you!!!” Don’t work in patient care if you don’t like people.”

Everyone there patiently helps me if I’m having issues getting a prescription filled, whether it’s endlessly calling the doctor’s office or the insurance company.
