“I cannot say enough good things about the service at the Boucher collision center! My experience started after I was rear ended two weeks after buying my new car. The repairs took awhile from back ordered parts and detail work that needed to be done, but they were great at always keeping me up to date! I primarily worked with Candace, but have worked with Kyle and Michael B. and had the same excellent experience. I felt like I could call whenever I had a question, and they didn't mind talking to me. They explained everything in a way I could understand and always made me feel taken care of. “I recently came in to buy a Range Rover sport. I was assigned to work with the sales rep Alan. He not only sold me a Range Rover sport but helped me customize the exact one I wanted. I was told the car would be in after Jan 15th. He not only made the process seamless but also got me the car before Xmas. He was as excited to get me my car as I was to get it. The manager Mr stackhouse was awesome also. Buying a car should be a great experience but usually is never. This was a great experience from start to finish. If the cat lives up to the service. “I don't normally post reviews but I have to say thank you to John Smith and Fields Auto for their great customer service! This was my first time buying a vehicle and they made it low pressure and just plain easy. The first car we test drove (overnight to really get a feel for it) didn't work out. John connected with us to get a feel for what we were looking for. After giving him our ideal car he called us the next day with a car he had in mind! We picked it up Friday night, test drove it overnight, and went back to buy it Saturday. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Even going over our paperwork was easy. “Great sandwiches. I've had most but my go-to favorite is The Phoenix. Bread quality is amazing and unlike other sandwich shops. Ice cream selection is great, my kids love the free samples and the dipped waffle cone with sprinkles. Good cost for what you get. The kids cheese sub is a little weak per the cost but that's not enough for me to go below 5 stars for here. Always professional and polite service.”

Many OTHER Habitat stores left me not wanting to donate because it was obvious the items weren't well cared for after the stores got them. But THIS Waukesha store is so clean, nicely organized, and affordable that I would gladly donate to them or buy from them.”

“Coming into any place of business to spend money can be stressful before even having the conversation. I was happy to be greeted by the friendly staff at Boucher. They offered me excellent service before working on my vehicle by driving my car to the service door. Jason (Service Department) is always so lovely to me. He speaks to me with great respect and seems to be truly sincere in communicating with me. Jason located a loaner vehicle as I requested so that I could get back to work. He offered great directions on how to properly use the gear shift feature for the loaner, which was all new to me. I truly appreciated him updating me via phone call regarding plans for repairing my car during the GM Strike. I'm so happy that I can trust a Service Department and not feeling like I'm about to spend unnecessary money on car repairs.”

“This was my first and may be my last service done at Griffin. Oil change and fix a door lock. Got home and found a 1 X 2 foot Water Shield in my back seat that was not reinstalled. Took it back the next day to install the water shied and wad informed they broke a piece of trim while reinstalling the door panel. It's on order so will have to go back again. Looking today and I see black smudges on the door panel from the mechanic that were not cleaned up. And I didn't get a car wash. Not a good first impression. After returning one more time, all was fixed to my satisfaction. I was given priority service and the repair was done right, and quickly. Service personnel were very appologetic. I am satisfied with the results. Will give them another chance.”

“I messaged A touch of Glaze because I was looking to purchase a gift card for my nephews for Christmas, and I had a couple questions. The new owner got back to me right away and answered all my questions. I live out of town and they have a feature on their website were I can order an e gift card and send it any day I choose. There are numerous pictures you can choose from fro the gift card, but I didn't see any Christmas ones - I mentioned that to her and within 15 minutes she had put Christmas/Holiday gift cards up! Amazing customer service and I don't even live in town!!!”
