He was a great help in the fact that he brought me my wheelchair leg rests and two seat cushions. He wanted to make sure that I had the proper size for my chair. He showed me how the leg rest works and I had forgotten to lock the chair when I got up. He showed genuine concern and locked it before I sat down. He is a great worker.. he cares about the coustomer that he serves. If I was to rate his performance I would give him all high scores. He is a great worker and person.”

“I accidentally left my ID at the counter while checking in and I was impressed with the staff working there and them making sure I didn't leave without it! While clearing up getting my ID returned we realized there was an issue with my account and the details in the system and the staff were extremely professional and courteous while resolving the issue. Considering this was only the second time I've ever used a planet fitness and the fact that I was a guest and not a member they still made sure my experience was one of excellence and that I was treated with so much courtesy, I was truly impressed with their customer service! Lastly I'd like to say that the facility was impeccably clean both the equipment and the locker room and the entire time I was working out I constantly saw at least 1 or more staff members cleaning and cleaning well! If I could rate higher then five stars I would and I really wish I could remember the name of the staff member who worked with me so I could mention his awesome customer service in particular because in the world of technology today having customer service excellence has gone done the drain and he proved that people can still be good at helping others and showing courtesy!!!”
