“Sanctuary of Woodshire apartments are centrally located in New Berlin off the busy Moorland road with quick access to highways. The apartment buildings are spread out in the campus and pretty good. The apartment that we visited for dinner with our friends was furnished with good light fixtures in the kitchen and living areas. The apartment is spacious and has 3 bedrooms. The kitchen may be a little small but practical. The apartment have one garage space that is heated.”

“I'm on their 3x year maintenance plan. They spray outside of house, alert you of potential problems (like build up of leaves) They also come inside and spray when & where you request it. Several times I had Carlos J. as my tech and he's super friendly, patient with my needs and sprays the "extra" places I request, no matter the difficulty. My house is huge and he gladly took the time to do a thorough job. The dog even liked him, and she's not friendly. ;-)”

“To check/compare prices on yarns is strongly recommended. Most prices are same or more as in Knitting Stores local. Many are lower elsewhere. First Off- Love Ben Franklin, the inventory and convenience is hard to beat. Even found clearance skeins marked down to $12 when the norm range is $10-$11 regular price, $8-$9 at many places on line. Another example is Kroy sock yarn. Ben Franklin Price $7.49-$7.99 Most places sells this between $5.50-$6, and Maximes on line for $2 99. Is a nice place to get yarn urgent projects or if you run out . But I feel if buying for a large project, shawl or sweater the project cost will be at a harsh markup when shopping at Ben Franklin.”

He was so patient with our indecisiveness and all of our questions! Super nice guy, will certainly be returning for living room furniture once we pay on the beds!!
