They quickly returned a quote to me for a custom stamp with my logo, and the turnaround for the order completion was faster than any other place I could find online. I stopped in the office to pick up my order with the addition of some ink and an ink pad when it was ready. The total cost of a custom stamp + ink + ink pad was overall a great deal, and this ink will last me a long time. They also do coasters, travel tumblers, business cards, printer cartridges, stickers... you name it. Will definitely be ordering more from them in the future!”

Upon coming in the store we started looking for the shoe department. As soon as this worker saw us he asked if he could help us find anything and directed us by walking us to that department. By the way, they were out of a lot of dress shoes at that time. Only one kind left and that's the one we ended up getting because they were beautiful. The man was walking by again and asked us if we were alright and had any questions. I asked if that was all the shoes they had and he explained why it was. He was very nice and super helpful. I appreciate stores that have great customer service and I try to continue shopping at. I would recommend this Kohls, but keep an eye out for dress shoes for women not being available or having very little to choose from. This just may be how this store is.”

“Love birch coffee and am excited they have ventured into Harlem area. As always coffee is on point from cold brew, americanos, lattes, to espresso you wont be disappointed. This shop is nice and roomy allowing for more room to get some work done or sit and chat with friends. It's a shirt 1 block walk from central park and the pastries are delicious. They offer a variety of milk alternatives so you have your options. Super excited for this store opening as I just moved to the area as well!”

“Dr Thompson is very caring and took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. In August 2019, he was my surgeon to release a painful trigger finger on my dominant hand which left me unable to cut much more than a mushroom. He also surgically released the ulnar nerves on both elbows. My hand is fully functional again and my hands no longer fall asleep at night or when I am gripping something. And I CAN grip things, and pursue all activities. My husband liked him so much that he is planning to have him do his shoulder surgery. I have several friends who were very happy with his work as well. And his staff are all very warm, kind and professional.”

“To check/compare prices on yarns is strongly recommended. Most prices are same or more as in Knitting Stores local. Many are lower elsewhere. First Off- Love Ben Franklin, the inventory and convenience is hard to beat. Even found clearance skeins marked down to $12 when the norm range is $10-$11 regular price, $8-$9 at many places on line. Another example is Kroy sock yarn. Ben Franklin Price $7.49-$7.99 Most places sells this between $5.50-$6, and Maximes on line for $2 99. Is a nice place to get yarn urgent projects or if you run out . But I feel if buying for a large project, shawl or sweater the project cost will be at a harsh markup when shopping at Ben Franklin.”

He was so patient with our indecisiveness and all of our questions! Super nice guy, will certainly be returning for living room furniture once we pay on the beds!!
