“I went here to have my wife's road bike converted to an upright hybrid. Nigel spent a lot of time giving me recommendations and advice and we soon came to an agreement. He displayed excellent knowledge and offered ways to keep the costs down, (even talked me out of more expensive changes and explained why). The bike was ready sooner than promised, cheaper than promised, and it looked spectacular! It looked like a brand new purpose-built hybrid. The shop is located right along a public trail and is very convenient. I have shopped there for myself and have been extremely pleased. The selection of bikes and gear is very extensive. I can honestly give Nigel and his shop my highest recommendation. Keep up the good work! I'll be back!”

The service I received after that was exemplary. I’ve updated my review to 5 stars as a result. Thank Iron Town. You will see me again) Very disappointed in the service department. Recently moved to New Berlin from out of state. Can’t wait to get out on the road this year! Stopped in at Iron Town because I need a new dealership for servicing my bike. I scheduled a bike pickup at my home. Today was pickup day. Scheduled for 3:30-4 for pickup. Called in at 3pm to confirm, everything set, they tell me to expect a call in 10-20 minutes. No call, bike outside, waiting. I call back at 4:45, Kyle gives me an excuse and an apology, says I’ll hear from the driver by 5, and apologizes. Here I am at 5:45 and I’ve not even got the courtesy of a phone call. I’ve already scheduled a new appointment at House of Harley. Hopefully they do a better job at communication and follow through. Iron Town doesn’t seem to have it together.”

“Marvin is outstanding! He ran his camera through our sewer lateral when we bought our house 4 years ago and he burned a DVD of the footage for us. Recently, he cleared our sewer lateral of roots and debris. He's fast, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, cleans up any mess he makes, and he's a really pleasant guy. I recommend him all the time!”
