They do so many little things that makes for a great experience like allowing the dogs their own bed, washing the bed before you pick it up, letting you send their own treats with, a cheap wash down bath at the end of their stay, walks and other spa treatments. They are also very active on social media posting photos of the dogs all day so if you’re lucky you can see your dog while you’re away.”
