“UPDATE- I have changed my review after seeing this company handle the issues I mentioned. Still waiting on the new carpet in the hallsways, but I understand that takes time. I'll give it 5 stars at that time. The woman who I reviewed poorly as the manager is no longer there. The new manager, Michelle, is AMAZING. I think she genuinely cares about the tenants and their quality of life. My opinion of Silvernail has changed so much for the better that we have added my grandmother to the waiting list.”

“Water park and arcade were great, not too crowded. The room was decent. It needed more outlets to plug in electronics. They did have USB by the bed which was nice. The layout was great, as the TV was able to swivel to allow me to watch the football game while our youngest went to bed. The room was very clean. The fridge was on the small side as the container from the leftover dinner pizza did not fit easily. Service in the super club was abysmal, but that isn't really a knock on the hotel. The only other potential issue was the outer sliding bathroom door. It could not be locked from the inside, and there was a small gap on one side or the other. This either allowed view of the shower, or the nice large mirror of the shower. Overall we were happy and would go back.”

“I run the nursing home nearby in Waukesha and we receive a number of their patients after they finish their hospital stay for further rehab. I can tell you every patient has nothing but great things to say about LifeCare. They always compliment the therapy department and great rehab they received there. Clearly, LifeCare is doing a great job for their patients.”

“Great service! After a long day went to the supper club to get some food, they were closed. Mary Anne and Michael didn’t have to stay, help and talk the cook into making my family some food, but they did. And made it seem like no problem. These two went above and beyond and made our time at the hotel amazing. They made me a customer for life. I plan on coming here even when I’m not staying at the hotel.”

“This is a very Scenic had a beautiful paved trail. Start at Delafield and go east to the end. It's a little dicey then getting to Waukesha, but then you can head back on the trail along the Glacial Drumlin route. Stop at Mama D coffee at Wales. Makes for a really great half-day biking outing.”

“Upon walking into Carpetland, I was floored (ha, see what I did there) to see such an expansive selection of flooring. The quality of the options were obvious - this was the 4th store I had visited in a week so I had a pretty good frame of reference. I was warmly greeted by Jake who was the perfect amount of helpful and informative as well as left me to my own devices when deliberating over the beautiful choices I was imagining in my very first home my husband and I just purchased. We ended up with a gorgeous floor (a waterproof laminate in "Lander Oak"). We originally scheduled the installation at the end of December, but since we had to be out of our flat by the 1st of Jan. we'd hoped it could be bumped up sooner. Jake worked some magic and our flooring was put in just after Christmas. It is beautiful! They did such a fantastic job -cleanup was great, everything was flat and even (and they had work cut out for them to make it so). We had financing offered, we had tons of flooring options, served by quality craftsman to install it right, great customer service and everything I could have hoped for. I was thrilled with their services and will absolutely be recommending them to everyone in need of flooring.”

“This craft store has everything you could ask for! If you want holiday or seasonal items, I recommend coming here. They have a wide variety of difference seasonal things to buy, and it makes you feel at home. The store gives off a cozy feel, and has a great welcoming aroma. “Cost-effective and amusing pizza place, a Wisconsin chain. They have a varied salad bar, and pizzas by the slice or whole. Seating area is ample, with some window seats, and some more secluded areas. Parking is free out front in a regional strip mall anchored by a Metro Market, also with a Hallmark Gold Card Shop, Dollar Tree store, and several other shops. The Best Western Waukesha Inn is right next door. Freeway access is easy via I-94.”
