“I had two personal checking accounts, a business checking account and a mortgage at another local bank but when the bank was bought-out I had nothing but issues and their new online banking for business accounts was horrendous! The team at Blackhawk helped refi a mortgage my bank couldn't and were nothing but pleasant during the whole process. So, I went to open a personal & business checking/savings and two kids savings account at Blackhawk - I misread their closing time and showed up 30 mins before they closed to open all of these accounts. I apologized and suggested coming back at another time BUT Javi and Dia (sp?) offered to open all 4 of those accounts that day and stayed an hour past closing to help me -FANTASTIC cutomer service! Jessica, the main teller I see often, is always kind and helpful with whatever questions I may have. Given the industry I work in, my hours are often wonky and Matt has personally brought papers to my business for me to sign and personally delivered my mortgage tickets. I have nothing but great things to say about Blackhawk and their wonderful team!”

“This TCF bank is probably one of the most professional and customer caring banks in Kenosha. I am a fairly new customer with them, when I in counted a horrible checking experience..when a old past debt of mine garnished a huge part of my saving account..I was devastated.I wasn't even able to sleep. The Branch Manager and her team "Erma" at this southside location worked around the clock to make sure that all of my hard earned funds were placed back into my checking account. And they did, the very next day! I never felt so relived. I now know there is still a bank out there that cares about their customer's, and will go up and beyond their way for people.
