“Ideal installed new hickory hardwood flooring into our kitchen and they did a fantastic job. Everyone we dealt with from the sales staff through the installer was wonderful. The installer especially was a delight to interact with and went out of his way several times to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The floors look beautiful and are solid, which is saying a lot since we have a 120+ year old farmhouse. “What an amazing company. I bought a gas insert from the so called Chimney Doctors. It has never run correctly. It would shut itself off, blow out it's pilot, smoke....etc. You name the condition, this insert had it. I had the so called "Doctors" out to clean and inspect it many times. No change. I had other companies like Burlington Fireplace come out, no help, just an expensive vacuuming out of the unit. Had Heritage come try to fix it, again, expensive cleaning with no results. I was finally referred to StoneCraft Studios by a Chimney Sweeper who highly recommended them. What an amazing experience. The technician cleaned the unit, painted the logs to look brand new and replaced the bright embers. He found that a rod had a little corrosion on it, so he polished that up. He put the logs back into the insert the right way and now the unit runs better than it ever has before, even when it was brand new. And their cost for doing this was about 1/3 less than other "cleanings" that I've had done on the unit. Seems like the original "Doctors" didn't know how to properly put in the logs and that was messing up the whole unit from the get-go. Couldn't be happier with StoneCraft, they have a customer for life.”

“Things you should know-Your tax dollars are NOT paying their salaries. Carriers are NOT allowed to exit their vehicles if dogs are on the premises. Carriers are NOT allowed to back up. Carriers do NOT get paid to deliver a parcel to your house they only get paid to deliver to your mailbox. If you see a carrier delivering after 5pm their working for free! You have NO set time for mail delivery. Carriers are at the mercy of their postmasters, distribution center, Amazon and extra Parcel drop offs from UPS and FedEx added daily to their routes. Only the regular carriers get insurance and benefits. And the only way to become a regular is when someone retires, quits or is fired. Most will work over 10yrs before becoming a regular. I lasted less than two weeks as a carrier before I quit. Frankly, the pay is not competitive $17 an hour to work 10+ hours a days, 7 days a week! Breaking your back to get done by dark- There’s a reason every post office is short staffed. Give your carriers a break and if you think you can do better than apply. I guarantee you won’t last any longer than I did.”

Coming to Office Furniture Warehouse Brett did an excellent job of walking me through a multitude of options that could meet my needs. He made sure there was a variety of price points, and did not focus on some high pressure sales behavior like you see in other stores. It was very clear that he was sincere in his focus to provide me with great service, instead of treating me like a fish in the pond. After I made my decision he made sure to cover every feature, and how it operated. He even loaded it for me in the middle of cold, wind, and sleet. Brett insisted even while I made room for the chair due to my poor planning. I would give them 6 stars if I could, because you do not see this kind of sincere level of customer focus in businesses this day and age. I left this location with confidence that they back their product, and focus on customer service instead of sales. This was achieved through Brett's representation of the company. I will highly recommend all my friends, family, and co-workers head here for their needs in the future.”
