“I have been practicing off and on with Surya for about a year and I love attending her classes. I recommend her beginners alignment class if you are very stiff and not naturally flexible. I also enjoy restorative yoga Monday nights for a more relaxing class. Class sizes are small and you get individual attention. You can always drop in, but she offers a 5 and 10 class pass for a cheaper rate. Bring your own mat, but she has all other props you would need.”
