We enjoy visiting my mom and she says she feels like she lives in a fancy hotel. :) She is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and lives in the Independent Living area. We are thankful that as her health changes and she needs assistance, she can stay at Kettle Park and they will provide more care. We are grateful they have a healthy environment for her – socialization, activities, exercise, home-cooked meals. Kettle Park is a blessing.”

“We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with most aspects of this hotel. The property is at a wonderful location with restaurants and activities in walking distance. The building is older and could use updates, but is nicely maintained and felt safe. The room was clean and had the standard amenities to include microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc. The bed was comfortable, and contrary to another review I read, the sheets and other bedding was in good condition. I would recommend that housekeeping invest in a new vacuum. The carpet is clean, but the tile could be done better. The window is caulked shut and could not be opened despite the design to be opened. I like fresh air and would have appreciated the option to open the window in the evening. Parking is a little funky and the entrances to the building are not convenient for rooms on all sides of the building. Smokers gather and smoke at front entrance which is unpleasant for none smokers who enter the building. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay again.”

“I feel the worker name Zach did a fabulous job. He wore a mask and had a nice attitude. He was very helpful. He was a great help in the fact that he brought me my wheelchair leg rests and two seat cushions. He wanted to make sure that I had the proper size for my chair. He showed me how the leg rest works and I had forgotten to lock the chair when I got up. He showed genuine concern and locked it before I sat down. He is a great worker.. he cares about the coustomer that he serves. If I was to rate his performance I would give him all high scores. He is a great worker and person.”

“We went for dinner because we've heard good things about the food and drinks. It didn't disappoint!! The free chips and salsa was awesome. The salsa was a little chunky with just a little kick but not too much. If you want you can crank it up with the hot sauce on the table. We ordered the chicken enchilada suiza (N-8) 4 enchiladas with beans and rice. The chicken was cooked perfectly with great flavor and very tender. Definitely was not overcooked which we've been experiencing at another local location not here. There was so much food we shared the meal. We will definitely be back! We spent about $20 total with a tip. CRAZY. Ps: this is obviously a favorite local restaurant, the place was full. Luckily we got seated right away.”
