“I will definitely be going back to In-Balance Yoga! My first yoga class here was a great experience. I took the level 1/2 class with Patti and she was very welcoming. Her style of teaching is laid-back and relaxed yet encouraging and challenging at the same time! I left feeling healthier and happier. The yoga studio is very spacious, clean and modern. I also liked how the class size was small (for this particular session at least). There were 5 of us total which meant plenty of room and one-on-one attention from Patti. I have been to many yoga studios in the area and in Colorado where I used to live, and I highly recommend In-Balance. Very thankful to have found a new favorite studio so close to my home!”
