This was on a Saturday at the end of February. The front desk person suggested that they could have it sent UPS.sine it was the weekend, it had to wait until Monday. On Monday I got a call from UPS. We made arrangements to get it the next day. I got it within 24 hours. If not for the staff at the hotel, I would have had to. Spend a whole lot more to replace it. Best experience ever at any motel. Even got a first floor room that was unexpected. Thank you so much”
