I decided my exercise routine of walking regularly was not enough, and sought fitness training from Pilates or Yoga or exercise class. I landed at Pure Fitness in a class of women, all 5 to 15 years younger than I. Chellie is excellent at keeping it interesting, good for the body, and positive psychologically.
