I pull up to the window to scan my code to redeem it and it wouldn’t work. The cashier kept trying to scan it but it wouldn’t redeem on his end. He was very patient and called over a manager. After some more attempts he just handed me the coffee without any charge and comp’d it. Sorry to have held up the line for everyone but I appreciate their efforts to help me and honor the promotion! The employee had asked us to please excuse her as she went to grab her coworkers to help her. We understood and were sympathetic. The employee was friendly despite the backed up line. Very pleased with the quality of food and service (although, we were first in line so I am sure others will have a different review of the situation)”
