My initial consultation was with a different surgeon and unfortunately he turned me off to the place so much I was ready to find somewhere new. SO glad I talked to the office staff and they switched me to Kimmel. Him and his nurses were seriously so nice, like shockingly nice! Exceeded any expectations I could have hoped for and relieved me to the point that I didn't even cry! They explained everything, catered my recovery plan to my needs and were just so kind.
