“I woke up with a horribly red and swollen eye and gave them a call in a mad panic. They were very calm and understanding and were able to squeeze me in for a look - over what I assumed was the doctor’s lunch break! She took a look and gave me some numbing drops before continuing the exam, which was much appreciated. She was able to see a big scratch and gave me a prescription for antibiotics and an OTC recommendation for some drops. I used both and felt exponentially better! I moved my father from a traditional nursing home where it was a continual fight for simple requests and I feel I could not have made a better choice than Brightstar. The team at Brightstar is extremely supportive of my father’s needs in his personal care and quality of life through encouraging entertainment and activities. Usually, whom ever opens the door offers an update on my father as I walk in the door - What he ate, his spirits, disposition and any activities he’s engaged in for the day. Chef Wade make interesting and delicious fresh food - crab cakes, roast duck, Salisbury steak are some of the dishes I’ve tasted and terrific desserts too! They care about the residents families. While on vacation, I received an email almost every day with some update - The peace of mind. As my father declines, it brings new challenges. They communicate regularly and thoughtfully on the current and future steps in his care. Thank you to the entire staff have been amazing advocates and I am grateful. Special mention to Bonnie and Sherry who have been invaluable to me. I highly recommend Brightstar!”

“Dr. Koch is an incredibly knowledgeable doctor. I went in because I was having some "hip pain" (or so I thought) which affected my running when I worked out. He took a real interest in everything I had to say and even shared with me how to stop/heal my shin splints. Another thing I love about this chiropractor is there is an end goal, meaning he wants to correct the issue for good. He doesn't tell you he needs to see you every week for X amount of time. He listens to how you are doing and tests your strength during each adjustments until your body is in a good place. Then he sends you on your way letting you know you don't need another appointment but if anything changes he is there for you if you need another adjustment. I was pain free and on my way in just 4 visits. I also want to mention , Peggy is the sweetest receptionist and knows who you are right when you walk in the door! “This was my first visit to Forward Dental. I have only gone to small, family run dentists in the past but had to change due to my insurance changing. I was a bit nervous going to a "chain" like Forward Dental. But the care I received was top notch. The reception staff was very friendly and personable. The dental hygienist was friendly, easy to talk to, and did a great job on my teeth. I didn't have any issues or cavities so the doc came in and left real quick, which I was fine with. He was still very friendly and seemed to take an interest in me, even if only for a few minutes. My only complaint is that you guys need to change out the foot covers on your chairs. They are super yellow and look kind of dirty, which makes the whole room look bad.”

“Lisa and staff bring an energetic and sympathetic personality to this facility that make you feel like your concerns are validated. Quieter gym than most so I can see where you pay more. What most people don’t understand is if they don’t like the price, they don’t need to attend that location. It’s a flat rate and other AF gyms might accommodate more where this gym just doesn’t have the layout room. Regardless, it’s a comfortable location.”
