“I purchased a blower kit and it was easy to find the correct one. The install was simple and the included instructions make it great for a DIY'er. The product had an issue within 2 weeks of install and I contacted support. After trying some things out, customer support shipped out a replacement controller and it fixed my issue. “I had 1 key for my horse trailer that I was lucky enough to get at Wills rv. I wanted 2. No camping places had it. I brought the lock and one key to union grove hardware. It took at least an hour but he managed to duplicate by one key. That is true customer service. I bought somethings I didn't need or want just bc I wanted to spend more than 3 dollars for the 2 keys. “After installation of a furnace in my house by Sheltons Heating & Air Conditioning, I entered into a contract with them that they service it yearly and charge a reasonable fee for the same. I had really forgotten of such an arrangement until a technician knocked at my door a year later. He took his time, replaced the filter, adjusted the thermostat and explained that everything else was working perfectly. “These guys are the greatest!!! I made a mistake and bought my battery from Farm And Fleet and was told that they would install it for me. I sat waiting for 3 hours and it was still not installed. I stopped by Batteries Plus to see if I could pay them to install this for me and was truly surprised that the store manager said he would put it in for me for free even though I didn't buy it there!!!! Now that's customer service!!! I definitely will shop that location for all my needs from now on! Way to go Batteries Plus!”
