“Great clinic. After seeing numerous doctors about pain stemming from a neurological disorder and not getting any help or pain relief, a nurse suggested this clinic to me. It is true that there are *sometimes* wait times of 20-30 minutes, but it is because the doctors and PAs really listen to their patients and are willing to try numerous approaches until finding one that really works. The doctors are all good, but don't hesitate to book their fantastic Physician's Assistant, Sally Velhovick. She is amazingly knowledgeable and incredibly compassionate and understanding.”

“Urgent care, Lab, and Pharmacy always gives us great service with little or no wait. Unfortunately we also visit the cancer center regularly. Marge and Mary who are in reception are simply outstanding. They are always cheerful and very knowledgeable. Several times these ladies have have proactively called us to coordinate our appointments and lessen our waiting or save us driving time. They do a GREAT job of helping us keep our many appointments in order so that we don't ever miss one, or show up for one did not need. The Nurses are excellent as well, always very compassionate and caring about the patient and family members. They work well as a team and we always feel we are in good hands here. Thanks”

“Edit: The billing department followed up and listened to my concerns about what happened. Very appreciated. Actual urgent Care was good but the billing nightmare after was terrible! They kept putting the co pay yo the wrong bill and getting upset at me about it. Too me too hours to get it all figured out where the money went to. The worst part was I wanted to party the bill but they kept acting like I was trying to get out of it.”
