“A place we are lucky to have where I see fawns all alone and all kinds of wild life! I see deer here almost every time! In my opinion, this is the best unit of Cherokee Marsh! It is extraordinarily beautiful here. The creek may not always be running but it is still beautiful and all the trees and plants are simply serene! Please do not trash it people! We are lucky to have this place! If you want to extend your nature walk, just walk across Sauthoff Road from the trail end and you will get to Meadow Ridge park is which is also beautiful, has a park, contains many trails, meadows and a beautiful bluff. They compliment each other beautifully! Please keep this place clean!”

“Love this park. Lots of great dogs and friendly dog owners. My dog loves running through the woods and acres of fenced in grass. My dog always has a great time here. Its also well maintained. The last time we were here the ranger was out checking for tags . They also laid gravel down so the entrances are not a muddy mess. Nice, Thanks.”
