“This place is awesome. Free, but you can donate. All roses are marked with names. We were here in August, and all were blooming. There is also a pond. Beware of big friendly dog! He is kept tied up though! Owner was working outside and we had a delightful talk with him.”

“WOW! That's a lot of Hostas! Al has done a great job at this place and his and his teams hard work really shines. I was NOT that into hostas until I Came to Al's! As a Male under 50 (which seems to be be the mostly unlikely via age and sex), I am STUNNED by this place. Even if you aren't buying anything, you should still come and check this out. Al himself is a very down to earth and chill Guy -- Also, if you ask him his favorite Hosta, you're in for a treat! I picked out 3 this way (and I was not going to buy any) -- Can't wait for the burlesque variant! As for the Hostas themselves -- I've never seen roots as think as these. They were like dreadlocks. I would be shocked if something died on you. These glorious giboshis are SUPER SUPER healthy! Say goodbye to your Grandma's old standard hostas! You're in for a whole new world! It's Hosta Revolution!!!”

“This is a wonderful place for a family gathering. It very open and airy. In the summer it has three large garbage style doors that can open to provide great ventilation. It has a large area with a wide variety of playground equipment. Parking is plentiful and the park is easy to find. A little gem in the area”

“I could have stayed all day with the lovely fragrances! Essential oils, soaps, lotions, bath bombs, potpourri, candles. It's a treat for all the senses. Textures, designs, decor, colors, art, soft textiles, unique & antiques. Kind of like visiting a museum, you want to take it all in. Great place for different types of gifts. Go!”

“Stayed at the pinewood campgrounds. Had an absolutely beautiful camp site. The park is well maintained with a clean, functional shower house. The swimming lake is incredibly clean and a joy to swim in. The picnic grass area before the swimming lake has plenty of trees for shade. There is a mix of picnic tables and open areas to spread out a blanket. There was a bit of confusion about where to dump grey water. I will be visiting again!”
