I was very sore when I first came in and I sat down with the physical therapist and we covered what my main problem spots were and what was bothering me the most. The therapist massaged out my back and I felt better than I have in a very long time. I have been going every other week for a couple of months and am truly feeling better and more balanced than I have felt in the last 20 years. You don't need to be an elite athlete to use this place , I believe it offers something for everyone.”

“Dr Deb was a pleasure to work with. We spent time going over my bike and she watched me ride it with all of her instruments to measure. Then she made the adjustments and when I got back on my bike it was like me and my bike were one. I did a few stretching exercises and she had some great recommendations for me as well. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a bike fitting. It was some of the best money I spent. She also printed out specs for me in case I bought another bike. Thank you again!!”
