“Simply put, I just really enjoy the atmosphere of this place. The crowd is mixed and there are a large number of regulars which always indicates that the place is worth visiting in my opinion. The choice of beers on tap is excellent. With respect to pub grub, the quality of the food is better than a number of pubs I've visited. The bartenders and other staff members have always been extremely pleasant and positive. That feels great after a long day at work. During the week, it's not too busy but on weekends it can be packed. That's okay. Good places have big crowds. I especially enjoyed this place during the week when a friend and I want to catch up. It's a very relaxed atmosphere.”

“Can you fit 11 pounds In a 10 pound sack? That's exactly what we did at Jim Dandy's unable to accommodate a large reservation, we squeezed our large group into a small space. Stealing chairs from all around we were able to all sit and enjoy one of the best fish frys around. Their fried cod left nothing to the imagination. Definitely a winner in every form of the word.”

Then my family came on Mother’s Day and it was packed and they kept seating people even though they were way behind. 2 couples got up and just left and everyone kept getting mad and saying the food was cold. “I love Doritos with a passion. I went to Wal-Mart and bought a pack because they looked spectacular. We went straight home with pure excitement and cranked on the oven. A few minutes past and the smell of rotten vomit came crawling from the inside of the stove. We thought that a mouse had died in our oven and started burning. A few more lengthy minutes pasted and the timer set off. We were starving by this point. Opening the oven door exposed the horrid smell like a cloud of smoke. We gagged. As we took out the 'food'. We set the 8 triangles of doom on the counter to cool. Eventually we grabbed a few of the demon triangles and placed them in our virgin mouths. The flavor that oozed out was a disgusting array of satanic fluids. "What the heck are these things filled with?" was asked our selves as we darted to the bathroom, clenching our poor bums. We've never felt the rage of 1000 demons purge through our bodies and into the poor unforgiving toilet. All I can say is that the plumber got a fat check.”

“EDIT: I originally posted this as a one star, however; the manager reached out to me about my bad experience and offered to make it right. It always impresses me when management care enough to better individual customer experiences. It really shows that its about the people and not just the business. I have since gone back and had a very pleasant experience. I will be back again as i feel that this staff values their customers and works to make sure that they have the great experience that they expect I visited this location today and ordered a club. I was asked for no mayo and mustard. I made sure to say again no mayo when they read the request back to me. I now got home only to open my sandwich to see that it is loaded with mayo. So much, that i dont think ill be able to wipe it off enough to eat.”
