From signing up to receiving my certificate, it was a smooth and enjoyable process. Definitely a great value and they have very competitive prices on gear with a very large selection in the store. All my gear is perfect for what I need and I am very satisfied. I think the best thing however is the staff. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful.
