Recently moved to New Berlin from out of state. Can’t wait to get out on the road this year! Stopped in at Iron Town because I need a new dealership for servicing my bike. I scheduled a bike pickup at my home. Today was pickup day. Scheduled for 3:30-4 for pickup. Called in at 3pm to confirm, everything set, they tell me to expect a call in 10-20 minutes. No call, bike outside, waiting. I call back at 4:45, Kyle gives me an excuse and an apology, says I’ll hear from the driver by 5, and apologizes. Here I am at 5:45 and I’ve not even got the courtesy of a phone call. I’ve already scheduled a new appointment at House of Harley. Hopefully they do a better job at communication and follow through. Iron Town doesn’t seem to have it together.”

“Marvin is outstanding! He ran his camera through our sewer lateral when we bought our house 4 years ago and he burned a DVD of the footage for us. Recently, he cleared our sewer lateral of roots and debris. He's fast, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, cleans up any mess he makes, and he's a really pleasant guy. I recommend him all the time!”
