The product had an issue within 2 weeks of install and I contacted support. After trying some things out, customer support shipped out a replacement controller and it fixed my issue. “I personally enjoy Kroger items. Also great value on their simple truth brand and organic produce. This has become my favorite store. They have multiple clearance areas where you can find great stuff and they do carry a great variety of items. Produce is higher quality than others nearby and I love the self checkout, online coupons and perk card rewards! When you take advantage of those and the sales, my grocery bill is half here :). Also lovely employees so far that I've dealt with.”

It took at least an hour but he managed to duplicate by one key. That is true customer service. I bought somethings I didn't need or want just bc I wanted to spend more than 3 dollars for the 2 keys. “After installation of a furnace in my house by Sheltons Heating & Air Conditioning, I entered into a contract with them that they service it yearly and charge a reasonable fee for the same. I had really forgotten of such an arrangement until a technician knocked at my door a year later. He took his time, replaced the filter, adjusted the thermostat and explained that everything else was working perfectly.
