“It's a great place for kids to learn. I love that they have high schoolers guide the children, and the kids really like that too. The guides are very knowledgeable and fun. The kids love dead man's hill and the guids take them up at the end to tire them out for the bus ride home. The trails are very clean and well kept. It's a beautiful area with lots of different scenery.”

“Gorgeous natural reserve park with beautiful views and plants. We went on a Wednesday midday and there was a lot of open parking spaces and not a lot of people on the trail. The views you see from the location are breathtaking. This would be a gorgeous place to do a nature inspired photoshoot or also great if you want to walk the trail as a form of exercise. There are benches through the trail so you can stop and rest. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking to do a nature walk whether you are local or visiting Port Washington.”

“Mike came out to evaluate water issues that I've been having at my place. I had a 20 year old Kenmore softener that I had put in, but had been getting iron staining. He checked the softener out, knocked a big cake of salt off of the float, but otherwise thought it was in decent shape. He was concerned that it was set too low for the area (which generally has 26 grains of hardness and 1-3 ppm of iron). But after checking the water, he confirmed that I had 12 grains (which is what I remembered it measured at 20 years ago), and 1.5 ppm of iron (which I didn't know). We reset the softener, and everything is good to go. Bottom line---I thought I'd be in for a bunch of new equipment, and instead, it was a tune up and a tweak of settings! Great work, and a super friendly and knowledgeable guy!”
