We chatted and laughed-helping me to feel relaxed for my big day. I was concerned about the updo holding up throughout the day but Mary was confident it would stay. It held up all day and I got so many compliments on it and the intricacy of the design! “I love this place. Laundromats are the watering holes of civilization. Sometimes there are interesting characters loitering outside, but inside feels safe. Workers are always present. The facilities are clean. Plenty of washers and dryers, I’ve never experienced a wait. The machines are also huge so I’m able to do all of my laundry at once with a separate washing machine for comforters. Three of the dryers are massive so everything fits in one! There’s an app that makes the machines easy to use by loading money and keeping track of time and settings on the machine. Great place to relax and read. Highly recommend.”

“My first time here. If you've ever been to Chen's buffet in West Bend, this place is quite a bit smaller. We were greeted and seated immediately and everything seemed very clean. There are only two smaller islands of food as compared to Chen's. However, it is cheaper at $11.99 for an adult dinner buffet. Overall, I thought everything was very good, especially the crab rangoon and egg rolls. Everything was filled quickly and for a Friday night, it was much less crowded than Chen's tends to be. I have no complaints and will definitely go back again!”

“The Rock is an amazing place and worth the short hike. Given the great views from the top, the hike up is not that bad. When you return a second time, be sure to do the hike from the other trailhead, or make it a loop which will require some walking along Cty V to return to your vehicle. Between the two routes to the top, there's an old paved roadway and that makes a third route, less visited than the two trails. You may get some close views of turkey vultures or hawks at the viewpoints.”

“Been here since Aug 2020, as a OTR driver. I do not wish to go anywhere else and wonder sometimes why it took so long to get here. As a driver one thing I can say ; know how to back up your truck. Being self reliant (as a driver) is key. Yes the staff within the office is top notch. The loads keep you moving. I have the best, dispatcher/ driver manager I have ever had - 26 yrs driving. About 7 months with them my truck had a major breakdown in the middle of a huge blizzard. The staff made sure I and puppy dog was safe and warm throughout the ordeal. Finally getting me back into yard safe and sound I was lucky enough to get into a new truck. I am grateful indeed. Has there been bumps in the road ? Sure , it’s trucking 101. “Nice neighborhood park. UPDATE: New playground equipment autumn 2021. Very nice! Also improved the path to the playground, easy access now for wheelchairs wagons stroller from the road. Playground equipment always in good repair. Tennis courts are ok. A new-ish pavilion with picnic tables. Water fountain spring-summer-fall. Good lawns and located along the Greentree walkway park that connects to the prairie restoration and pond at Elver Park. No parking lot but plenty of street parking. Ignore the dope sellers and their customers and they'll ignore you :-)”

“When we were new to Lake Mills we got a very old lawnmower as a gift from a family member. The mower hadn't run in 7 years or so and we just couldn't get it to start. I'm not mechanically inclined so we were close to saying "screw it" and buying a new lawnmower. Our next door neighbor suggested we give Larry a try and we are so glad we did! We gave him a call and he said he could help. He picked up the mower and had it fixed in just over a week for under $100! That's just a little bit cheaper than a new mower, isn't it? Larry is a super friendly guy and his prices seem super reasonable. If I have any small engine repairs I need in the future, I won't hesitate to call him!”

“Oh my gosh!!! This place is great!!! Large quantities and selection AND they ok you to try apples while in the orchard! I tried so many new varieties today that I have never heard of and brought home new flavors you don't see in stores. I will definitely be back, the kids had way to much fun.
