“The Spencer Bank located at 104 Passaic Street, Garfield, NJ is a bank I considered my second home because of their overall customer service is impeccable. I've been banking with them for approximately 5 years. It's the perfect small bank for a small business man like my self. Not only do I have my business account with them, I also have my non-profit account as well. Besides the fresh free coffee they serve all day during their business hours, they go on and beyond to put all my concerns to rest. Today, I had an issue with an account that was overdrawn, and Alicja Klecha took her time and explained the reason why and printed out my statement, so I can physically see the reason of my overdraft. Initially, I was rude to Alicja Klecha and in return she treated me with love this Valentine's Day. I normally don't write these type of letters, but I was compelled to do so because she did not deserve the bad treatment I gave her, and she helped me to the best of her abilities regardless of my rude behavior. Great employees are hard to find, so I advise you to encourage and protect Alicja Klecha because she is an important asset to your company that will set the example for others to follow. The owner of this station can certainly give shell a few lessons on how to run a station nice and clean well-decorated kind of a One-Stop shopping for your car with the gas the store well stocked everything "faced" (and I spent 9 years in grocery as a night crew foreman) looks great(even though it's small) and a car wash and smog check Under One Roof! -1 star for advertising the car wash purchase price for gasoline but not actually saying it And most of all for the friendly employees all three of them unprompted by me we're quite friendly and struck up conversations with me and didn't act like they had to be there Car Wash guy let me use the vacuum for free the smog guy complimented me on my car and the guy in the store actually went out of his way (but didn't act like it) to help me out with something. It probably sounds corny but quite refreshing in a world that seems as though it's gone mad ! I plan on returning even if it's not for gas”

“Great clean, new gas station with Bolla market and Burger King inside. Tons of fresh food including pre-made wraps and salads. They look fresh and not weird coming from a gas station but Bolla has a reputation for great food in a gas station. Think almost like a small Wawa. The Burger King inside is all fresh made to order. Touch screen monitor let's you see the menu and fully customize anything you want even down to the amount of salt, cheese and meat on your sandwiches! Plenty of snacks and drinks as well.”
