Placed my order and went to the window to pick it up and told the woman at the window how I spoke to the owner and how I praised the staff. She said thank you very much. He will be very happy to hear that. Then she says, by the way, I'm the owners sister. We have a few laughs and I got my order and drove off a happy customer. I never did get her name. Anyway, another great encounter.”
