And cakes . . . . our daughter had her wedding cake (hummingbird) and groom's cake (chocolate-chocolate) made by MM. It is the only time I have been to a wedding where there was no cake left . . . anywhere. We still order hummingbird cakes from them. And all the people are incredibly nice. It is just fun to be around them.”

It was so beautiful and even more so delicious. I was in charge of the cake for a very discerning mom-to-be and I did not want to disappoint. I ordered a vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting and a strawberry filling, everyone did not stop raving about how delicious the cake was for days. So I set my alarm for 5am to get there a little before they open at 6am (I live fairly close by). The donuts are HUGE. Like portioned for a giants. I purchased a butter twist, chocolate eclair, chocolate glazed, regular glazed donut, and 1/4lb of cookies for less than $8.00! I used to love Sugar Shack when they had a location here. It’s been so hard to find a place that makes these kind of doughnuts. I’m so glad I found this place! Even better- it’s a locally owned mom and pop establishment. The wife is the baker and you will not be disappointed. They are incredibly kind and sweet. And as you can see, exceptionally priced!”
