“Just wanted to brag on Mabrey Bank. Gracie my daughter texted me from Italy saying her ATM debit card wasn't working anymore. I went to the bank early the next morning not realizing it was Saturday morning. I went through the drive thru and told the teller named Cindy the situation. She told me there was nothing they could do on a Saturday but took my cell number and would call me Monday morning. Before I got back home she called and said she had called the President of Mabrey bank and told him our situation and that he was going to call me. In just a few minutes Scott Mabrey the president of the bank called and told me he was going to have a lady named Kim call me to help. Kim called in a few seconds took Gracie's account information and gave me her cell number for me to call if it wasn't fixed. All of this on a Saturday morning! In a world where customer service has virtually died, it is alive and well at Mabrey Bank! I couldn't be more impressed.
