“Vivian was my banker today. There was a bit of a mix-up with appointment times (not her fault), but she squeezed me in before her next client and made sure I was taken care of. She was also doing her best to direct traffic and help other customers get to their assigned banker. Seems like this Citi branch was slightly short-staffed when I went in, but Vivian was giving 110%, and I really appreciated her help!!”

“Stopped by this morning & got good customer service from the teller. Friendly & helped me with my transactions. She even verified my address which no other location does. The teller helped my with my expired debt card which was my own fault, not theirs. I failed to activate my new card once I received in mail. The teller issued me a temp card & told me a new one was on the way, but not to forget to activate once I receive. Teller went out of her way to activate temp card for me. I've had this account for 5 years and I never have issues or so called hidden fees. This bank offers a mobile app & I view my account daily and NEVER see any charges or hidden fees”

“Today I walked into this branch looking for information regarding their checking and savings accounts. Personally, I was shopping around for a new bank to do business with and was pretty uncertain with who I'd like to go with. I walked into this branch and was greeted by Matt B. He immediately came off as a genuine and empathetic representative who walked me through all of their service offerings and professionally explained, quite literally, all of the ins and outs of being an account holder. Needless to say, I am now part of the Citizens Bank family and am very happy to be assisted by a genuine representative. It's truly refreshing to work with someone who you can trust, especially during uncertain times like these. I've called Matt B. at least a few times today with questions I have had randomly throughout the day which were answered promptly. “My husband and I recently had to deal with over $900 fraudulent charges when someone stole my bank card. Literally spent $900 in just a few hours 😔😕 its Thanksgiving week and although I am not fond of their dispute policies (we may have to wait 6 months to see our money again) and they will not cover you. I had to go to the milford office to file dispute papers. The ladies actually called around to many other managers to see what they could do for us in the meantime. They cashed us an "honest check" for the full amount of what was taken....now my family can still enjoy Thanksgiving. I have since then filed a police report and have yet to hear back from corporate or see my money back but it was very nice of them to go out of their way to help our family.”

My experience was a pleasant one....checked in upon entering and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before a young man introduced himself and asked me into his office to discuss my needs. Of course I can't recall his name.......but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. He easily took care of the issues that I needed addressed and, with that, I was on my way.
