“This is a great bank that is convenient to my house. Are there overdraft fees? Yes, just as there are with any bank you go to. Lesson to learn: balance your accounts and don't spend money you don't have. (Trust me, I had to learn this in my younger years, and I had to learn it quickly because I was paying overdraft fees left and right.) Overall, I've never had an issue and the employees are wonderful.”

“I've been a customer of LOC Federal Credit Union for over 25 years and when it was time to buy out my vehicle lease I knew where to go. The process for a loan application was simple and we had an approval within 24 hours. I don't buy many cars and the car company didn't make the process of buying out our lease easy. Fortunately our loan officer, Chelsea, kept in touch with me throughout the process (even when a vacation interrupted). After completing the process, the loan was finalised within 24 hours and we now own our car! “I can tell you 930 on Wednesday morning and there’s virtually nobody in the bank and the people were as nice as you would expect from any bank. Just a word of warning, they won’t take loose change at this location. You have to roll it yourself to deposit it, which they told me when I came in with a big envelope of it. . Says something about our banks when they no longer have those machines that count the coins for you and that they won’t even take it unless it’s rolled so I had to go to the local Walmart down the street and use the coin machine in their entranceway”
