The stanchions (line posts) have been removed so the line formation was a bit confusing and a customer just walked up to the teller from the counter after filling out their forms and cut in front of me. The teller did recognize it. I could tell by the look on her face. The customer was older, but I'm positive she saw me standing there waiting to be called and walked up anyways. I let it go. I was happy to have Ana assist me. Everyone in the office was friendly and greeted me.”
