My daughter is allergic to eggs and tree nuts and most fast food type places we're typically met with a blank stare and "I don't know" when we ask if eggs or tree nuts are in an item. And it's like pulling teeth to try and get them to check for us. Not here. They immediately checked the sub rolls and we determined that the white sub rolls were safe for her to eat and she was able to get a grilled cheese. Firehouse is now her favorite restaurant and we feel safe letting her eat here.”

Almost every transaction is in and out. If you need to sit down with someone, there can be a wait side to covid protocols but it's worth it. The ATM inside the building goes down every now and then but that's because of very high usage. There is another one located across the street that is also often used. Everyone there is great but I have to give a head nod to Shawn who is very friendly, helpful, pleasant and extremely knowledge every single day. This branch has earned it's 5 stars”
