“I had some banking issues and went to our local Chase Bank on Horizon Road here in Rockwall. I usually just do drive thru and ATM but this time I had to go in because of my situation. Marsha greeted me at the door. They were super busy but she listened to me explain what was going on patiently. I got a little emotional because I had been waiting on a deposit to hit my account and it was delayed. In the meantime I had automatic drafts coming out leaving me in a terrible spot. She was able to calm me down and assured me everything would be ok. She immediately looked at my account and helped me with a resolution. Marsha is amazing! She was very understanding and professional. I hope she knows and feels how important she is to Chase Bank.
