“These people are awesome! I love this bank. Recently I went to closing for my house and was told I needed a cashier’s check, not a personal check. Drove over and wrote a large personal check from another bank (it was more than the cash I had available in my Woodforest account) and got a cashier’s check. Because I was a regular customer, and everybody there knew me, the cashier’s check was approved. Any other big bank would have had me wait 5 days for my check to clear. My house sold without a hitch! It’s nice being a part of a big bank but getting the personal service of a small town bank! Thanks”

This branch is not as crammed and not as crowded as the one in downtown Redlands, it feels there's quite a bit more light and air here. There's a drive-through. There's an ATM inside that can handle large transactions (I was told up to $3,000) and offers a variety of bills, not only the typical $20's.”

A young Asian man (had a tattoo on his arm) couldn’t have been nicer. He cashed my check, asked what denomination bills I’d prefer, counted the money out to me and thanked me. I’m not even one of their customers I was not charged a fee for this service, despite not having an account with TCF. I’m thinking about changing banks. Excellent display of what customer service should be.”
