“I have been to this location a hand full of times and never received poor customer service. Today, was EXCEPTIONAL! I went in for a cashiers check- being my first time. Everyone was so friendly. Sara was my teller. She had great conversation. We talked about my puppy purchase (why I needed the cashiers check). She asked to see pictures, asked his name, told me to bring him in for treats. It was a very friendly and nice feeling. Then, the other tellers joined in with their smiles and excitement for me. It’s just the little things that go a long way. “Today i went to the Tim Hortons at victoria avenue, and i got wrong coffee and this location was on my way, went there and I asked to replace my coffee to one of the team member , i guess she was on training because she had training badge on, then she called her supervisor to handle my complaint and replacement. Supervisor her name was Mandip, i might wrong to spell her name, she was happy to replace my coffee that was really nice, she apologized for wrong coffee even she didn't do anything wrong about mine coffee. really impressed by the customer service.”

He in fact gave me the opposite advice: the panel was in great working order, had plenty of amperage for our house, and no update was necessary. He saved us thousands of dollars and turned down an easy job.”
