“I was debating whether to write a review. On one hand I can express the level of care I have received, on the other hand everyone in the area may start coming here and significantly increase my banking time. I have been through a few Chase banks over the last ~10 years. Downtown Chase was great, but my banker left and I moved west. Started going to the one on Butler as well as W Capitol Dr, both are disappointing, which forced me to start working with other banks. I will say that Tanasha and Tenisha are both amazing at W Capitol Dr, but the rest of the team is below average. I found this branch by accident. I have a handful of accounts and utilize a fair range of services from Chase. I first came in due to some unusual banking charges on my account, bank manager took care of them right away. He knew his stuff and did not have to call Chase headquarters to ask a million questions (this will happen at Chase on W Capitol Dr). Every time I have come to this branch the bank manager is always there. If there is a line with the teller then he will open up another window and expedite the process. I have not seen this before with a bank manager, very impressive. The bank teller Saifa is amazing. Very friendly, great memory, and extremely efficient. Hands down best bank teller I have ever worked with. Adam is a great banker, very efficient and knowledgeable. I highly urge you to avoid this bank on Tuesdays and Saturdays, those are my days.”

I met Dennis, aka..(Santa) he asked me what I needed & I said a miracle in 1-1 1/2 weeks so we could move in on time before the new owners moved into our old home. He reassured me they could & would do it in time. I picked out carpet & met with Matt (hardwood guru) at our new home to discuss details. Everything was coordinated perfectly. Dennis checked in with me on a regular basis throughout the hardwood flooring part then coordinated the carpet install. It turned out awesome. Workers were friendly, and did an amazing job. Thank you Dennis for everything you promised & delivered!! Super impressed.”

The only feedback I have is to wish we had higher ATM withdrawal limit. It’s currently $500 would like to see it raised to $1200. Also would like to see Zele and the incorporated within in the mobile app.”
